Yep. Works fine on the highway. Accelerates faster than buses and trucks (the freight ones, not the body on frame suvs with a bed as an afterthought), comfortably does 120km/h and has a top speed of 140-160km/h depending on the model year and engine.
Steering gets vague above 120km/h so Americans may feel right at

Mathieu Baumel’s co-driver, Nasser Al-Attiyah, expressed praise for the roadbook situation, saying that it’s a rally about adapting and breaking the established molds for what’s expected of Dakar.

Big as everything else over here.

Its all the toilet paper we’re stocking up on...

It’s not the groceries that are the problem, it’s the obligatory soft drinks that must occupy all cupholders at all times. They are seven gallons each, lest ye never run out, and maneuvering groceries around them is a hassle.

Was about to ask that. Back in the day my family’s groceries was transported at the trunk of a Fiat Uno without any issue. When my father got a Corolla the stuff rolled around the trunk and was more sensible put the groceries at the backseat floor

My car’s trunk has a 20 liters smaller capacity than the Fiesta’s and we fit groceries for 4 adults in it just fine.

Have you seen the people in the US?  People tend to immitate their grocery bags.

Depends if you want to try and bring home a 36 roll package of toilet paper.. :)

To be fair, one full size pack of TP will fill a Fiestas trunk right up. It’s small.

Starred for the sheer number of different crimes.

I knew a franchised dealer that used to drill out and re-jet the carbs on slow AF 318 powered M Body Dodge Diplomat and Plymouth Grand Fury highway patrol cars so they could go significantly faster than stock. It was like a regular tune-up except turned up to 11.

Is there a Moab in Europe? Will David get this diesel shed running in time to get there and complete the trails?

I won’t spoil the story for you

I have been trying to identify this car for the longest time, any ideas? Guy on the Citibike snapped his neck too. I know it’s a Pininfarina, can’t find any other like it.

I’ve been told to use second gear and have done so whenever I needed a push start. Worked just fine.

Jesus fuck, that’s embarrassing from anyone with a functional grasp of English, but from the managing editor? Yikes.

If you can’t pay cash for the car you can’t afford it. Financing should be just convenience, not a way to stretch nonexistent income. You should be able to pay off the vehicle the next business day if need be. It is really sad that people are so dumb with money. Good for the repo man though.

No he's right. Let's change it up. Hey Torch, how about some history on opera lights? You know, the little side lights on older full size sedans.
