This is not true. In the country I’m from, it is taught to loan as little money as possible (Student loans and mortgage are basically the only generally accepted loans) Loaning for a car is seen as stupid, some specific deals aside.

Don’t forget VAG also made dry dct’s for a while, but stopped due to their tendency to break. The reason manufacturers choose dry dct’s was a slight reduction in emissions, but when they realized they are thrash, they switched to the ‘normal’ wet dct’s

Why not a V40? It’s newer, better and can be had for a similar price

As a Dutch persoon, we have the exact same method of learning to drive stick. Typically the people that get the auto-ony license cannot oversee having to steer, look and shift gear, to the point they can only drive an automatic. (and are only legally able to drive one)

This is actually exactly what I mean haha. Here in Holland, you can only get you drivers license by driving with an instructor, who learns you how to drive and then you can do your exams with an examinator.
