That’s your take? A guy voluntarily sticks his head in a microwave, fills it with an expanding, hardening substance, and then films it with the intention of profiting from it... and you come away from all of that saying that the FIRE DEPARTMENT should be ashamed of themselves for calling out his idiocy?

The connections are deep and numerous. An acquaintance of mine grew up in scientology, her dad was an LAPD homicide detective who took early retirement to work as a PI exclusively for the church.

Does anyone find it strange that the billboard is in English? Is that typical in Sweden?

When I had my eldest in 2002, and for one hot minute debated vaccines, I thought of two of my great-grandmothers who both had to bury children because of diseases we now routinely vaccinate against. I never met either of them, but I strongly suspect they would have beaten me about the head for even daring to consider

Buy one and paint it pink.

I had a couple of the ‘69 Dodge Dart siblings. Mine both had the 318. Great ride and handling with the torsion bar front suspension. On one of them I converted to front disc brakes using Barracuda parts. IIRC, that setup used non-power assist 4 piston calipers.

I live in Maryland. Honestly, this sounds like a more or less normal summer weekend “down the ocean”. OC is the place teens and young adults from DC/Baltimore flock to to get wasted and act like idiots all summer long. It’s not a nice, quiet family beach resort. Go up to the Delaware beaches for that.

And don’t forget to contact your representatives to finally end this twice a year fiasco for good!

Dude?!? Totally swapped my older Charger RT for a newer Challenger RT last year. It’s heavy and I wish it was an SRT or 392, but it is soooo pretty and fun.

For those not getting the reference, “Goofus and Gallant” were cliched characters in “Highlights for Children,” the staple of doctor’s offices everywhere. Goofus was a miscreant while Gallant was a forthright, well-indoctrinated child.

My boss’s husband had one of these, as he was the Vice President of a college, and a leased car was part of his compensention package. He went to the local Olds dealer, and they gave the school a good deal on it, as it had been in the showroom forever.. When the lease expired, he bought it, as he absolutely loved it,

Bring back wing windows too, damn it. And floor-mounted switches for the high-beams.

Yes, Comfort and V12 Century were both discontinued earlier this year.

Classic RWD proportions. This is also why the Tesla Model 3 & Model X look awkward and the Model S looks sexy.

More likely the feature is highlighted because there are so few other features. My ‘69 Holden Torana didn’t even have a heater as standard, no radio, no dimmer on the rear view mirror... I have heard stories of customers being charged for the spare tyre and the jack to change wheels...

It is a railroad bridge. Most likely, the town doesn’t own it. The railroad owns it.

This happened to me on the Jersey Turnpike. Thank God for Run flats. Didn’t even have to get out of the car. Just kept driving

Between that and the “pickaninny cartoon” I had to double-check what century I was in.

Ever since the G35 depreciated it seems like only morons are driving them. I wanted one when they were new, but I don’t think even the first owners took good care of them.
