I guess that deputy should have stopped for a few minutes to ask around where the tranquilizers were instead of attempting to rescue the guy getting mauled and possibly killed so the kitty could go night night. 

It’s so unrealistic. It would be like if most of the international political positions of the two largest superpowers for the last four decades were entirely wrapped up in, to choose a completely random country, Afghanistan. That would never happen!

A mild summer? Is that what we call it when it gets so hot that asphalt and power/telephone lines melt? While it was murderously hot for a relatively short period of time, I don’t think we can call a summer containing temperatures that created a regional emergency “mild.”

As someone that grew up on/couldn’t love the original JP more, and now has young kids, this show is actually really well made and pretty damn entertaining.
