I appreciate the new knowledge I gained today. Thank you. I was always under the impression that the ABA was a governing body nationwide for everyone in the legal field. Also, I don’t know why, but you mentioning nominating Barron reminded me of this and I think it would work out just as well.

Which is fine. I certainly don't know. I was just going off of OP lead. They made it seem like the ABA would have that power. I just wanted to share that fact about holding seat on the court because I am absolutely certain that most Americans do not know that little tidbit. Sorry for the internet comment confusion.

So, just a fun (terrible) constitutional fact for those that don’t know. Supreme Court justices do not have to be professional lawyers or judges to be seated on the court. So, these SOB’s would probably seat him anyway even if he was disbarred by the ABA.

Speaking as a Bears fan. That call was pure unadulterated bullshit. If it really is about not using all your weight for the tackle then he shouldn’t have been called for it last week. He broke his fall going to the ground with his left arm.  This rule literally wants people to battle if not break the laws of physics.
