Thanks. Yea I actually tried a few different yoga programs before my surgery, and at the time they all actually made it worse (had a severely herniated disc l4/l5) I have been thinking about trying it again now that I am past the acute pain phase.

Pretty sure that information about getting between a mama bear and her cubs is pertaining more to Grizzly bears than brown bears. Brown bears are really timid and even with cubs generally dont attack even if their cubs are in danger. http://www.bear.org/website/bear-p…
Still have one and still get my awesome 6 MB down DSL on it and my wife uses it to make actual phone calls. It's reliable. Also our ADT alarm system uses it.

Which is exactly why many professionals have flocked to IG. The quality is perfect for casual sharing and to create interest in your work, but not good for making large prints from. So stealing is less an issue than it would be if the images were displayed at full resolution/downloadable.
