I don’t have a problem with you believing what you believe, (despite all the evidence to the contrary), it’s a free country - I do have a problem with people spreading bad advice to others based on personal anecdotes.

Weight loss isn’t linear, it fluctuates and your weight at any one point is determined by a myriad of factors (water retention caused by salt intake, increase in exercise, etc.) to claim that a WEEK somehow disproves thousands upon thousands of hours of research and scientific study…

I’ve got news for you. If you lost weight, you were in a calorie deficit.

Regardless of the diet, if you put yourself in a consistent calorie deficit you will lose weight. Its really that simple.

GM also had poor management. But you can’t deny the pensions etc. played a role in their troubles.

Jenny, it seems you took a history course at some point in your life. Sadly, those at Morgan State University have no need for history unless it benefits them. Sometimes you just have to rewrite it.
