I work in technical support in IT. People assume I know a lot but, I don't. I just read the fuckin' manual and use search engines. I know how to use F1. Anyone could do this, really, if they just took the time to read things and be unafraid to experiment and play around with their machines.
I'm a software engineer, I swear no one who works here has the first fucking clue what I do.
I predict that predictions made in 2025 about the present day will be accurate!
Dear Kinja,
we should copy ontario. their electricity grid is like 20% hydro and 50% nuclear. they are cutting down on fossil fuels and increasing renewables but leaving nuclear untouched. once fossil fuel is zero then we can talk about replacing nuclear with renewables, if ever
NASA lost a $125 million Mars orbiter because a Lockheed Martin engineering team used English units of measurement while the agency's team used the more conventional metric system for a key spacecraft operation. The units mismatch prevented navigation information from transferring between the Mars Climate Orbiter…

I dunno, when I drop a glass of milk on the floor, I typically clean up the glass and milk before I leave the room. Seems like a sound practice but apparently it's not common sense.
I'm a gearhead. I'm a civil engineer. And I'm something of an environmentalist. These can be weird things to reconcile.
Oops, I happen to be Chinese ~~~LoL All that I'm thinking after reading this is "what an awesome venue for paintball!"
Maybe it's going to be rear engine/front wheel drive? WHO KNOWS.
