The Hillary episode really bugged the shit out of me—especially because Clinton herself is pretty anti-cannabis and the Broad City characters would almost definitely be Bernie supporters. Plus, it was a shameless Hillary plug. Keep politicians out of my comedy shows.

Trey Parker & Matt Stone said it best in 2004 in an interview where they said "you don't have to walk five feet without finding Bush jokes or Bush bashing" so it was really cliche and overdone at that point. Funny to see people here wanting The Simpsons to join in on it. Go watch Jay Leno reruns

Ray Romano is the best actor on this show. If this show gets canned, I really hope to see him get a starring role in a cable drama. He has the potential to do some Bryan Cranston-level career resurgence.

Again, why do people want to have morals shoved down their face in entertainment? Most people know coke is horrible for you but for the story, it makes sense.

Don't think Tarantino invented that concept.

I believe the "too many cooks in the kitchen". Sounds like that's been a problem at HBO as of late, which is unusual.

True Detective will be back. Even though people hated Season 2, it got really fucking great ratings and insane buzz (the buzz being negative, but people were still talking about it constantly)

Does anybody actually want this? The original was fine and entertaining enough but it didn't scream a sequel.

GAY PANIC GAY PANIC

Lazzo claims he offered a fifth season to Smalls and that Smalls cursed at him and hung up. So, this all could be a giant prank on the fans or maybe Smalls is just an asshole

They sounded pretty damn similar played normally. Enough that, when it would come on in bars, I assumed it was "I Won't Back Down"

Oh, it's "I wish I was as talented as Louis CK: The Series"

WB was pretty happy with "Watchmen" from a creative standpoint—and they're making an "Edge of Tommorow" sequel so that's a plus?

I have faith in David Ayer. This at least looks fun, something Zack Snyder knows nothing about.

Funnily enough, a lot of people compared his directing style in "Preacher" to Edgar Wright so that's very promising.

I just watched the "home school" segment on YouTube and that was actually pretty funny. Too bad the rest of the movie sounds abominable.

Is his character going to hogtie the female birds to chairs and brutally beat the pulp out of them with a baseball bat?

My DVR cut the last half hour off. This is the only show that's ever happened with. FX needs to get their runtimes straight.

The bad news is the the main creators/showrunners of this season will not be returning for the next one and Murphy will be in control which means we are getting a "True Detective Season 2" most likely.
