If you're in need of security for whatever reason, I'd also have to mention the benefits of going wired. While I don't need the added security, there are many who may and for them not having a wireless setup (at least partially) can be a pretty good idea.

While you want to make sure there is a reasonable amount of marbling throughout the cut, it's important to also make sure that there isn't a lot of major fat slivers running through it either. If there are it can make even cooking difficult and I don't know anyone who likes to chew on a massive chunk of fat.

Well, it's a hell of a lot faster, but it still doesn't really play nicely with the gawker sites :(. Some images (social icons mostly) don't line up quite right and comments aren't visible.

What gives an employer a right to check your facebook from your own login like that though? If they can do that, what stops them from requiring you show them the inside of your house?

Hang it on a wall maybe? I collect knives and that one looks pretty cool. I probably wouldn't buy it, but if it was given to me I'd probably just mount it to a wall.

They also need a better interface for physical input. Bluetooth keyboards have come a long way, but they don't always act the way you would expect them to.
