Rest hand on door. Rest index finger and thumb on the wheel at 10 o’clock. Do not remove fingers from this position for any reason, especially to access any controls that might be found to the left of the steering wheel.

My engine makes a nice loud ticking noise under light load. I’m hoping it’s lifter tick (because that’s what it sounds like) and not rod knock (because that’s bad and I’ve already lost an engine to it). I have new lifters that haven’t gone in yet. I also have new rod and main bearings and ARP hardware but I REALLY…
I’m willing to pay several hundred dollars more for lighted door sills, so I’d imagine this would sell some people.
You have the right idea. If only Enterprise carried a single manual car in their entire national fleet...... god knows how many times I’ve tried to get one.
Hey, I’m not the only one holding my breath for the RS economy figures! Idk about the EVO, but my AWD Eclipse was getting 27 city. I can say from my experience with the 500 Abarth that the bad economy is all in the tune. You can get the same 40 mpg from the Abarth as the regular 500 with a better tune. Once you get a…
I’ve added this into my phone’s dictionary now.
Re:Neutral: Speaking purely for myself, I would never buy a V8 pony car. Or a V6 for that matter. That’s just not what I want from a car. I’m looking exclusively at 4 cylinder turbos. This previously crossed Mustangs off the list but now I might have to consider them. To each his own.
I was president of an automotive engineering club in college. Our motto was, “Ambitious but rubbish.” If we finished the year with two of three cars running, it was a good year. In my eyes, “worked on at engineering school” is code for “getting the school to pay for working on your car and then getting class credit…
We’ve been fighting for a subway since construction began in 1926 here in Cincinnati. Our singular mode of transport is bus for the entire city.
How much boost will you be pushing through that new turbo?
You seem to be caught up on my claim that my car makes more power than the Camaro and are completely ignoring the rest of my statement. I was more trying to point out that there are cars with comparable interior space and a larger/more useful cargo area with better visibility and better fuel economy that don’t drive…
My completely stock-appearing Eclipse is thankful for your blessing.
Your assertion that rear visibility and appealing style is pretty ludicrous, especially since the Camaro has neither. But I guess you are right in one aspect: my “small economy car” with both less weight and more power than the Camaro and a trunk big enough to carry a refrigerator does have excellent rear visibility.…
BOB: We need to put buttons somewhere. How about the upper dash where the driver could see them?
I don’t mean this as an attack at you personally, but this is how it would go if I had written your last paragraph:
I could kind of see it until you posted the pictures. Now I disagree. It’s actually pretty hard to find any design queues that carry over between these two cars.
Having driven one, I call bullshit on you. I preferred the rear porthole in my old convertible over the view of the trunk that the old Camaro provides. Trying to disqualify people from their lack of firsthand experience doesn’t change the fact that this car has, and I quote, “POOR FUCKING VISIBILITY.”
My dad’s USDM 2000 ITR, my friend’s 1995 GSR and his 1998 LS all had 4-2-1 headers.Hence my statement about familiarity with the 2nd gen Integra.
I don’t know about the first generation, but the second generation definitely went 4-2-1. Also, I would say that the R exhaust was just the right size. With just the right amount of wing. But damn does that engine suck.
