Take my money, dammit!

This feels like a very basic answer, but, Meatballs. I just love that summer camp feeling, and it’s one of Bill Murray’s sweetest performances. Second place is The Way Way Back, which gives me the same vibe (and has Sam Rockwell in the Bill Murray role, which for me is a win).

Exactly!!!! Thank you!

I saw Barbie, and bought it when it came out on digital. Until today, I’d never heard of Rebel Moon. So ... there’s one data point .:-)

What about Chapel Hart? They’re an amazing Black country trio.

I love it! Thanks for sharing it!

This particular error has become so common, I hardly even notice it anymore.

Same here. The original is one of the most memorable, upsetting movies I’ve ever seen. The American remake sucks.

We somehow missed the last two episodes of Season 13, and just now watched Mother Author Laser Pointer. It threw into sharp relief everything I hate about Linda. I don’t always hate her, but when I hate her, I hate hate hate hate her. If I ever stop watching the show, it will be because I can’t take Linda anymore.

I hate to be all “um, actually,” but, um, actually, it’s “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)“, not “made of these.”

I absolutely love the episodes where Archer bonds with animals. The fact he loves animals so much makes me love him.

God, I love this show. I would absolutely watch a spin-off that’s all about the aunties, too.

It seemed like the nuns and the human wolves at the “school” were deliberately systematically killing the boys. But ... why? (I suppose “just because they -- the adults --  were evil” is a good enough explanation.)

You should watch Letterkenny, then. Kaniehtiio Horn is a recurring character and she’s awesome there, too.

They’re all awful, but the Dalai Lama is the only one who is still alive and in power.

Same. I adore him on Sex Education, and I think he’ll be a wonderful Doctor.

I agree with this. I am a big fan of John Cho, but the fact that Spike is in his early 20s is a significant character trait: he’s kind of an idiot in a lot of ways. And you expect a man in his late 40s (a great-looking one, but still) to have grown up a bit.

I agree with you about one thing: the Enterprise theme song was TERRIBLE. I didn’t like the show, either, but the song was trash. I never watched Smallville so no opinion there, but Firefly, Boardwalk Empire and The Shield are all awesome theme songs.

I love the theme song from iZombie! I think it works great with the comic book style title sequence, and I like the song itself enough that I’ve put it on my playlists.

I loved Justified’s theme song!
