From the YouTube comments:
“The rider was absolutely legal to pass the Car in Texas because the car was going below the minimum speed limit. In fact the rider that was hit was cited by the police, and the ticket was thrown out of court because it was shown that the vehicle the rider was passing that swerved at him was

So you would report jews to the nazis because it was law. Got it.

You should do some research into the letter of the law vs the spirit of the law. Which law enforcement should be trained on. Once you read up on this you will understand you are horribly wrong.

“We are a country of laws, Yes? the law is a line separating what we ALL agree to be good and bad.”

I remember this exact same debate happening on the original article. It’s exhausting to argue with these people.

That has literally NOTHING to do with ANY of the questions I asked. You applied a causal link between “jaywalking an empty street” and “asshole”, and I’m STILL waiting for you to EXPLAIN that causal link.

Annnnnnd that’s exactly what I expected your answer to be. I ask for your justification for calling me an asshole for jaywalking, and your answer is “you’re an asshole for jaywalking”. You’re an idiot, and I’m now going to explain why (as opposed to saying “you’re an idiot because you’re an idiot”):

You are no Martin Luther King Junior and neither is a biker breaking the law.

Ironically, 59turner sounds like a complete and utter asshole, and he doesn’t have to break the law to be one.

How is it so hard for you to understand that the law is TIERED? Stealing a pen and raping someone are NOT THE SAME.

What kind of ridiculous equivocation fallacy is that? “Asshole” and “MLK Junior” aren’t the two only options, dumbass.

You’re just objectively wrong (well, depending on your definition of “asshole”, of course). Yesterday, I jaywalked on a completely empty street. That’s illegal. Am I an asshole?

1. Assholes don’t necessarily break laws.

Nonsense. There was no oncoming traffic for at least hundreds of yards, and he was passing with a wide berth.

What kind of sociopath thinks trying to kill someone over a traffic infraction is equivalent to the traffic infraction?

Harmlessly passing someone in a no passing zone isn’t being an “asshole” . Trying to murder two people is.

“All that pussy and he grabs a shoulder. SAD.”

The GOP blew a 237-193 lead in the House.

The best part of capitalism is when shitheads accidentally waste their money in the funniest of ways.

It is clear that Vice President of marketing and communications Amy Smith is more than qualified for this position and deserves a raise. The shade was most glorious (emphasis mine)
