I don’t have the facts to back this up ^^ but personally, if I watch sports (be it esports or traditional sports), I want to see skill. Not necessarily fitness, or other physical prowess, which mostly only serves as an enabler anyways, but true skill at the game - it has to be somewhat readily apparent, not

While I don’t think videogames should be tainted by the IOC’s touch of evil, “boring to watch” still seems like a poor argument, seeing as TV doesn’t get much more boring than the Olympics.

Why would you want to get Olympics all over my videogames?

If the virtue of patience was a common one, mankind would be well underway towards a true utopia by now. Just imagine if you would throw a decent level of empathy into the mix on top of that ... just think of the possibilities.

So ... you are saying there are in fact long term consequences for him? Could have fooled me =(

The only mystery here, I see, is why some of his supporters believe he will “make America great again”, or really, do anything for them at all in the long run. I totally get why people like him and vote for him, I do not understand why people “believe” in him. Even if you take basic stupidity and outright idiocy into

We call it “Bayrischer MistWagen” for a reason ... y’know?

I actually used to love the indoor part in the earlier Fifas. Played a shitload of that mode back on the N64, I think. Also, Fifa Street was quite alright as well, had some good times there as well. Too bad those kind of arcade sports game are not really all that popular right now .... well, according to EA at least.

Ok, so this is just weird on so many levels. First, I am not much of a CS esports follower, so I had no idea this was even taking place. Which in turn explains why I don’t feel much “outrage” over this one way or another.

While I agree, that supporters have a tough time getting PotG/M, I really think, that if you are playing for PotG/M, you should a) not play OW at all and b) definitely not be playing healer.

“She’s LITERALLY the complete opposite of what Russians envision themselves as representative of their nation.”

Why? Peoples’ (apparent) religious “feelings” are - frankly - their problem. I am all for empathy, but that goes for actual human beings not their faith. I won’t intentional limit my personal freedom of expression, or ask someone else to limit their freedom of artistic expression for the sake of the dignity of one

I don’t know, on consoles there is no chat, and any communication is practically confined to premade groups. I think in like 1/10 matches, I actually get some other random talking to me if I am soloqueuing, but that is about it.

“First of all that you’re shit out of luck if there’s a particular person you need to hit in a group if you’re too far away or out of grenade/grenade range.”

I did not want to know what happens if Pokemon get dropped into good old fashioned mutagen, but alas, now I can never unsee.

I don’t dispute that Splatoon is highly innovative in many regards, but I do believe there is more a game than it central mechanic. Splatoon’s central mechanic is fresh and well designed, and yes, most certainly fun to play (I honestly enjoyed the SP even more than MP ^^), but everything else is a step back.

I am not arguing against the game, or it’s mechanics or design, but the fact, that you need an extra device+app to faciliate teamplay - where I believe the game really shines.

Seeing as all of this was an intentional scam, I doubt that would have worked either, but at least it would have been honest.

“Blissfully unaware of any massive changes, I’ve been enjoying myself immensely over the past week, playing one of my favorite role-playing games of the generation.”

I agree with most of these points, but as far as toxic players go, I can only say, that I myself, have no clue how to handle that seemingly universal and everlasting issue - therefore I would not expect Blizzard to be able to handle, what I can’t even imagine.
