PNW native, here. We get everything, grey outs, sun breaks that blind, fog, flooding. sometimes all in an hour during winter. Also if its dry then we get a downpour? That means that we have oil spots on a freeway that are covered by a layer of water. This tends to lead to 'issues' for our soggy drivers.
