Do you think this is an honest feeling of pain on his part? Please! I have seen SO MANY women’s groups and spaces attacked by men. Men who, in some cases, know one another. This isn’t random butthurt snowflakes. 

I’m the opposite. I was staying with some friends and admittedly, their lives were full of drama, but then so is mine. I thought “I won’t tell them about what’s happening in my life until they ask.” I stayed there six weeks. They literally never asked. Anything. I think this is a Canadian thing.

Journaling is a way to deal with your life, and if your life doesn’t require it, or it doesn’t work for you, you shouldn’t feel bad. Turn your journals into notebooks, address books, whatever you like.
