That's fucking hilarious! I've also had a few Ambien, uh, adventures. Luckily, nothing bad happened that couldn't be undone. It really is crazy stuff. I would definitely urge anyone interested in taking it to proceed with caution.

Ambien can do a lot of bizarre things. Not everyone blacks out. Some people "black out" but are still capable of driving, talking, and fooling people into thinking they're awake.

It just seems nitpicky when "roofied" has evolved to basically mean "using a drug to incapacitate someone to sexually abuse them". It's not a technical term to begin with, so why are you so worried about accuracy?

I don't take an issue with encouraging women to try to be safe. The problem is that people have different ideas about what that means. Some people think simply wearing sexy clothes invites sexual assault (when in fact, women of all different types of appearances have been attacked).

This is why I'm torn on whether or not it's appropriate to allow children to sample alcohol under adult supervision. I don't mean house parties where parents buy booze for teenagers, but allowing them to sample it at family meals.
