Yeah, I was basing that off of an old fan made Panem map. Since it was fishing...they thought Boston (which I bought), but the new more official map does look like it's mostly in Mexico, which is interesting and does kinda change things for me. Now I do kinda see him as mixed.

Well, it's bronze in the book. Which to me, once again, meant a kind of a red-gold. but bronze could be blonde or brown as well. Or, like most people's, a mixture.
