Okay, so because there was a car crash once, everyone who drives a car is a horrible driver.

No reason to generalize because of a bad personal experience. Truck drivers make mistakes and/or drive recklessly less often than people in cars do. The only difference is the extra force in their collisions, but that's unavoidable. It's good that most truck drivers (i.e. my uncle and my cousin) are much more careful
