And you are copying the design of people that are most certainly not time travelers.

It's a wierd way to measure, but it does make sense.

I remember when the USAF ABU first came out and they told us that we could not starch them do to infrared. I bought a set as soon as they came out. Gotta love wash and wear!

They are not wearing the ABU which is the USAF uniform.

I'm have to completely agree with you on this one. IMHO the IS300 is one of the best looking four door cars of all time. I drool over clean examples of them to this day. The IS2/350 looks too much like a Toyota (and, of course, I am aware of the irony in that statement).

I was kinda pissed that Mazda pulled them off the 3 mid way through MY2010. I have a GT hatchback sans side mirror turn signals, but a coworker's hatchback has them... and, man, do they look good.

The same thing happens with me, even though I'm running CM7. Usually it's due to sweat or water on the screen. When it does that, just turn off the screen and wipe it off. Works for me 99% of the time. Hope this helps you.

I recently went through a ten month stint where my base (in Springfield OH) was transitioning from an F-16 training base for American and Dutch pilots, to an Intel and Recce base. As a transition mission, we had 43 F-16's (blk 30's) come through from several ANG bases to receive SATCOM and other avionics mods. Just

While this is very true, the ECS systems of modern fighter jets are equipped with a priority valve that will redirect cooling air from the cockpit to the radar package as the radar equipment approaches it's cut off temp. The radar is priority number one as far as cooling air is concerned. If that fails, the pilot

There is no way that we (the US) will buy 2400 F-35's. The ANG's F-16's have already been pushed to stay in service till 2040 and most are almost 25 years old with 5k-6k hours on them.

The cooling air produced by the environmental control system is primarily used to cool the avionics systems, especially the radar package. Cooling air is also used to defog the canopy. Pilot comfort is a distant third.

That was the OBOGS system on the F-22.

And charging $250 for a small part that was designed poorly is ethical?

Just. Pure. Sex.

My father always said, "Don't screw with trucks, you'll lose. Don't screw with motorcycles, they'll lose."

"The length of time to stop an eighteen wheeler is 40% greater than that of an automobile. Depending on the weight of their load, whether they are bobtailing, road conditions, and other factors. To be sure, it takes a much greater time to stop than an automobile… period."
