You can post whatever you want. I think angry insult rants are juvenile and do nothing to further the conversation. Yelling into the void because it feels good isn’t going to change anything.

I’m sure Trump thinks Camp David is far too simple for him. Too much natural stuff and not enough gold rococo embellishment.

At least there is still some coherent criticism here. Once it gets to Fusion/Gawker it turns into the typical “Trumpanzee Cheetolini is pure evil! Hillary lost because she is a woman!” scree.

Did everyone forget about Camp David? I’d like our presidents to use it a bit more often, considering we’re still paying for it as taxpayers. It also happens to be within helicopter range from DC.

It’s not about defending yourself from hogs. They’re an invasive species that destroys crops and native habitats. It’s a huge economic burden. Hunting hogs in Texas is about removing them from the population.

Nah, I like the dog.

What might have been! Yeah the whole area around the old GM plant has suffered form the closure.

Oilfield jobs are now coming back. There’s been some recent drilling around N. Louisiana.

Elio walked off with a lot of cash after they sold off all of the relatively new machinery in the plant. Oh and they only actually leased the plant, so not sure how that was kosher.

As a resident of Caddo Parish, this whole ordeal has been a nightmare. GM had just retooled the plant before shutting it down, and all the machinery and tooling was acquired by the city/parish along with the property. Then they lease it to Elio guy and he promptly sells all of the equipment to make some quick cash.

Too be fair Arkansas is pretty damn scenic.

Florence is fantastic. But I have to admit Rome has the sort of historical gravitas that few places have.

Lorica segmentata or go home!

This is a little outside the box, but the HMMWV (Humvee) uses a diesel V8.

I think the cheap nasty stuff coming from Mexico is mostly sold in inner cities.

I don’t know all the details about the venue/date change, but if the student group booked a specific venue they should be allowed to use that venue. Telling people they can say what they want but only over in this certain spot has been addressed by the SCOTUS already.

I think Coulter is a witch, but Berkeley is a public university. It’s their responsibility to protect the free speech of everyone. If they’re that worried about violent protests, maybe they should arrest the violent protestors. Using safety as a way to keep certain groups from speaking is a slippery slope.
