I’ve noticed garlic cloves stay fresh with the skin on for a good couple of weeks so what I do is break apart the bulb with my bare hands, discard the papery layer, and store the cloves in a ziploc bag. When I need to use the garlic I’ll use a chef’s knife to smash each clove and the skin comes right off.

“There’s evidence that slowing down and changing lanes is much more dangerous than speeding.” I had no idea there was research done on this but based on personal experience I’ve always felt that speeding up 5-10 mph to change lanes/pass a car was much safer than slowing down to do so.
