I know you said I should set aside my microplane, but it's a heck out a lot easier than what is suggested here. I can grate garlic into a purée in about 5 seconds. Plus it works for zest, nutmeg and cheese.

That was how my husband and I felt when we came to NC. Everything is so much cheaper here. It's like a candyland, but with a horrific state government.

I recently moved from LA to Durham. Yeah, get ready for all of your costs to go up by at least 35%, if not more.

19k to support a small family? Maybe a single person, but not a family.

I like GlamGlow's mud to foam wash. I only use it in the evening. In the morning, if I'm not going out, I just splash my face with water. I'm 37, so I try not to over dry my skin.

Not to mention the cost of a person’s time in making noodles. While I'm sure they're delicious, this sounds like a pain in behind.

Night sweetie. Have savory fruit based dreams.

Oh, I see. You're only familiar with one, therefore they're all fruitless. Seems legit.

But chutneys always have fruit in them.

Vincent? I thought it was Nick.

It’s awesome. I like that I can attach photos to the emails as well. Handy for any skin issues.

Which is a shame. My favorite bit about it is how it lets me take a more active role in my health. It gives a sense of being proactive and in some control.

It’s terrific. Of course, I have also been fortunate enough to live near these larger medical systems. I would imagine it might be tougher in tiny towns.

This is why I opt for the major university health systems. UCLA, Duke, and UNC all have this system called MyChart. You can make and cancel appointments, email your doctor, see your lab work, and a bunch more. Very, very handy.

Not a traditional upgrade, but it’s huge for us - our apartment complex is letting us, at no cost, move to another unit. We’re currently on the 3rd floor. We’re moving to a ground floor unit. Our elderly dog is struggling with the stairs. The apartment management has been so nice about it.

Such a cool app. I started using it about 2 months ago and it’s already gotten me about 16 bucks back, with no effort on my part.

My husband’s job (software, not military) has taken us, on average, to a new town every couple years. He does something exceptionally niche, so we go where the work is. We have been told buy some that we should buy a home anyway, and he could contract. That's not the life I want to live, nor does he want to travel

They don't work on tiny newborns who haven't yet had their vaccinations. The last thing an infant needs is to be in the same waiting room with a kid with measles.

I think I used to have one. I can't remember the brand. It was an Oprah recommended item. It kept my breasts locked up like Fort Knox.

Couldn't they have built this into a sports bra, so you can wear a single garment?
