With the Ipad episodes etc they could probably have her play a lot of scenes via telepresence. Doesn't Phil have that robot?

Good call…had forgotten about that…though how you would leave an intact shell standing in that position I don't know. Surely it would all crumble off when he moved. Suppose I'm going to have to re-watch it…

My biggest problem with it is that the lead has about as much charisma as a paper bag…

Okay that was great, but if the "heavy metals" from the Terrigen have "sunk to the bottom of the ocean" meaning it's no longer poisonous to regular humans, then why did melty guys boyfriend (I assume) turn to stone in the kitchen after eating the contaminated fish oil?

That's my point, they have no frame of reference for calling a Zombie Apocalypse. For them these are just crazy sick people so it makes sense for Travis to not want to bash his neighbors head in with a hammer. Fair enough about them not telling the kids what they've seen, but again, they would still be processing it

It wasn't their dog, it was a stray they heard scratching at the door…

A lot of reviewers/people seem to be criticizing the characters response, particularly Travis, to being in a zombie apocalypse. It's been a couple of days, people are acting crazy, biting each other and shit, and you are really saying that your first response would be,

And draw a dick on a van…

I think I can see what they were going for, it just lacked any spark. Will give it a few episodes to see if things start to gel, but so far it just feels like a pale imitation of Archer with added neon.

Although I kind of liked Segal as the witch I totally agree about the acting, the lead in particular, it was cringe worthy.

Great, there are at least three interesting sounding shows in this list that I hadn't previously heard of…now my watch list is even longer…

Tepid Marco Polo….humpf…!!

I didn't know it at the time but I realized the other week that I had read one of your reviews while messing about on the internet in the wee small hours…have to say that I thought it was a pretty good assessment of the episode.

"Last night’s The Brink was without a doubt
the Worst. Episode. Ever. Rest assured I was on the internet in
minutes registering my disgust throughout the world."

Hang on…almost forgot Mr Robot…top three shows of the year…

To me it feels like the bastard love child of Dr Strangelove and Catch 22… and I'm loving every minute of it.

I was going to give it a miss on the same basis…turns out he doesn't ruin it and I'm glad I decided to give it a chance.

The obvious answer would be Sense8, but I'm also liking The Brink far more than some reviewers…

I must admit that I wondered the same, but checked some previous comments and IMDB and it seems we are genuinely in the presence of greatness….

Loving the show, thank you.
