I hope everyone on the show is angrier and more honest than ever.

If newspapers used more cleverly profane writing, they would not be disappearing.

''…just bare in mind it is August…'' Do journalist 'pools', wire services, and investigative journalism take vacations in August?! Does the world stop in August?! Either there is no reason to pretend that a dog surfing story is insignificant, or there is no reason to pretend that everything else you do is

Since the passage of The Telecommunications Act of 1996, PBS has been dying a slow death (as have all of radio and television in general). It's ok if some 'programming' gets no support; it only means that no one wanted to see it anyway.

I hope everyone on the show is meaner than ever, and I hope they spend most of their time in the 'real' world rather than in a 'media' world.

Unfortunately, Corporate Radio and Television are almost always wrong. There should be more high quality music everywhere.

''Sign 'O The Times'' is also 30 years old this year.

Yeah, I guess I forgot that moment of the song. But it's not gratuitous; it's really a strong emotional moment in the song. ''Let's Pretend We're Married'' and some others are more explicit and a bit gratuitous.

And yet many song listing sites and playlists say 'Explicit' after ''Adore'' which is a great song and not 'explicit' at all.

Those were some of the big advertisers in the early days of television. But it really does seem very Midwestern.

Did Chris Cornell view this trailer after his concert last night.

''The Nelsons; but not Ozzie, Harriet, David, or Ricky''.

Prince had so much material that he had to release it in other ways - The Time, Vanity 6, The Family, B-sides to his singles releases… If he had released a double album every year, or two or three individual albums every year, his output might be viewed differently. I think if ''Emancipation'', for example, was

And yet in the musical year of ''Sign O' The Times'', U2 won the most Grammy awards. Yikes! The corporate side of the music 'business' and corporate radio never really liked Prince.

'Walking In Memphis' is better than 'Black Velvet'; 'Graceland' is much better than both of them.

Simon, and others, might reference Graceland and Paisley Park in song in the future.
