I kind of feel for him. The Rock is a huge movie star and can do practically whatever movie he wants...so he then proceeds to take a franchise away from C level stars? I think the Rock is the “insufferable prick” there...

(not a Knick fan) sure but this isn’t your average unhappy superstar, Davis is arguably top 2 player in the NBA under 26 years old. If you are starting a franchise right now, you would probably choose between him and Giannis. Worse case scenario if nobody comes this summer, you can just trade him again before next…
everybody thought Paul George would be a rental...also does Davis seem like the pouty type to you? From everything i have seen of him, as long as he is on a team that he likes and that gives a good chance to win next season i dont see why he wouldn’t resign with them...
so the Pelicans choose 3 crappy players instead of one good one? quantity over quality eh?
you can not compare Carmelo to Davis.... Davis is the whole package. Davis is someone you can build a team around. Carmelo was and is just a scorer.
how does Davis and Irving or Davis and Durant on the Knicks not give him a good chance at winning the championship??
heres some food for thought...If the Knicks trade everybody and thier draft pick for Davis...wouldn’t that increase the likilhood of Durant (or Irving) joining the team this summer? and if Durant Joins AD on the Knicks...thats a contender, no reason for Davis not to resign with them...
why does it seem that people are forgetting that KD is a FA this summer?
we want to see the greatest player of all time doing crazy cool stuff in the biggest games?
whose fault is that though? LBJ was a FA he could have gone anywhere...
well to be fair. the Lakers didn’t look half bad at the end of the last season but then they went and got Lebron and it was no longer rebuilding/ developing time, it was now time to produce right away...i just think those Laker kids just weren’t ready yet but were forced because of circumstance and now it looks like it…
If Davis goes to the Lakers that pick will not be a Lottery one...
True. but the Pelicans should be in no rush to make this deal. they aren’t going anywhere and Davis doesn’t have to be traded until next years deadline at the lastest....If they had any brains at all they would wait for the best possible deal...(of course this management and brains...)
The Nets, after destroying their team through mismanagement
or maybe it has nothing to do with Toronto? they just really loved and appreciated thier time with Philly as well and with Roy not being alive they decided to go with no team so as not to disrespect either team...
that he returned at all was an act of grace.
waiting around for Lonzo Ball to learn how to shoot like a moderately polished 11th-grader someday.
somebody better quick unretire Ewing!
ah..how about trying to get around him to get to the play?
Ego. he never in a million years thought the house would go to the the Dems.
