i love it. i never said one bad thing about him. All i said is that this nothing but a shrewd publicity stunt by Nike. they want the big hype they will get from his name and then they will minimize him. its business.

for the hype. kaep, kickstarting thier campaign has Nike on everybodies mouth. It makes great business sense, get a controvorsial athlete to get everybody talking and then after that move on to realy athletes that people love who will actually help shoes. Its a publcity stunt. plain and simple

yes. that is why they did this to kick start their campaign. they knew it would be talking point and have people talking about them...but they also know it won’t last..after the talk dies down in a week or two, Kaep really going to be name that is going to help them sell?

i agree, but Nike will also have moved on to a more well liked sports figure as well. its all about business. Nike needed a name that would get attention to kick off its campaign and thats what they got, but theres no long term advantage to keeping him
