God, i love the Spurs...they were in a no win situation and somehow came out of it being able to pawn off thier surly superstar to a very unwanted destination(for him anyway) and still get some value back!!!

IT was good for all of two years and was already in his late 20s was a short guy which rarely if ever translates to a long career in the NBA...and that wasn’t even counting the fact that his greatest skill from his athleticism and he just had a major injury...it was always a bad trade for the Cavs.

exactly. The Spurs have shown over the past 20 years that they are a pretty good organization, I could be wrong but i don’t see how if he had been more open with the team why they wouldn’t have just traded him as he wanted?
