I believe you that they suck, i fly a few times a year from NYC so i have had my share of experiences. they absoluetely need to recruit and train better but at the same time sucky or not its still a deterrence. I rather have sucky TSA than none, though of course improvements defintly need to happen.

and you don’t think thier aren’t any incident at the checkpoints is because they are so strict?? Its called prevention and deterance. Yes you want to stop them but its even better to discourage them from even trying, which is what the TSA does...
