Yeah, but I still think it’s plausible. A lot of gas-electric hybrids in the real world don’t have an electric-only mode. It’s possible the car just uses the nuclear reactor as a booster while requiring the gas engine as the primary power plant.

It did have that whole nuclear reactor thing going for it. Wouldn’t be a stretch for ol’ Doc to siphon off a bit of that power and make his DMC a gas-plutonium hybrid.

No, FCA shot themselves in the foot by making it heavy and slow. Not sure how you can say it had attractive engine options for such a car. The turbo maybe, but the base engine was a total dog. Frustratingly slow.

That was me. I wasn’t interested in dailying a track car. I also the the Civic hatch proportions look weird, with or without the goofy wang. The coupe is where its at as far as styling goes. Too bad they let it go for the new gen.

I own one, so I think about it every day. Although now and then I think maybe I screwed up by not getting a BRZ/86 because RWD. There’s just something weird about spinning the front wheels instead of the rear. But then I remembered I needed a bigger backseat because doggo and so I made the right choice.
