pure-gas.org is your friend.

Put simply, the smaller transistor size IS the newer tech. So you can’t have one without the other. You can build an old design with smaller transistors, but it still has to go through the same testing and validation process regardless.

“it was simply cost-cut into rubbish”

Nah. Fond memories of the C4 are for the later ones after the LT1 came out. Early C4s, the ones the Fiero were pitted against, were still crap. The C4 suffered from the same fate that the Fiero did... they didn’t get it right until the back end of the model run, only the Vette was allowed to continue on while the

Yeah, but I still think it’s plausible. A lot of gas-electric hybrids in the real world don’t have an electric-only mode. It’s possible the car just uses the nuclear reactor as a booster while requiring the gas engine as the primary power plant.

It did have that whole nuclear reactor thing going for it. Wouldn’t be a stretch for ol’ Doc to siphon off a bit of that power and make his DMC a gas-plutonium hybrid.

If the Corvette of the time wasn’t such a piece of crap, maybe they wouldn’t have had to hobble the Fiero so badly. It’s like, how bad does a sports car have to be to be worse than the C4? Enter the Fiero.

No, FCA shot themselves in the foot by making it heavy and slow. Not sure how you can say it had attractive engine options for such a car. The turbo maybe, but the base engine was a total dog. Frustratingly slow.

5th Gear: I live in an affluent, mostly white suburb, directly adjacent to the city, which is predominantly black. People ride bikes all over the place. On the streets, on the sidewalks, through yards. We have bike lanes on the major thoroughfares. Our police force has a reputation for being, shall we say, strict. I

Exactly. R8 and TT are easy to identify. But add two more doors and they are all just small, medium, and large of the exact same design.

Have you seen an Audi from the past 15 years or so? If it has four doors, I challenge you to identify one without looking at the badge.

Holy shit I think we had that exact upholstery and wood trim in the one my family had.

That was me. I wasn’t interested in dailying a track car. I also the the Civic hatch proportions look weird, with or without the goofy wang. The coupe is where its at as far as styling goes. Too bad they let it go for the new gen.

I own one, so I think about it every day. Although now and then I think maybe I screwed up by not getting a BRZ/86 because RWD. There’s just something weird about spinning the front wheels instead of the rear. But then I remembered I needed a bigger backseat because doggo and so I made the right choice.

Counterpoint: the fact that there is not enough room for anyone but you and your SO makes it better, not worse.

What’s the over-under on the BaT car selling for more than the one at Bonhams? Because BaT.

Not her fault! Just look at all those OTHER people driving on the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD!!111!1

I love how that graphic make the JK look like the smallest of the bunch.

I wonder if it’s possible to be exponentially more pedantic than this comment?

I guess consider yourself fortunate that you are in a position where you are able to have more than one car. And that you don’t have to commute to work. Some of us have to either compromise or pick one of the other.
