Exact same situation here. 39 month, 2019 Q5 lease with a residual value of $27k. We put less than 19k miles on it and had about $10k in equity before we bought it. Anyone that leased in 2019 was sitting on a golden opportunity. Those deals are probably gone for a loooong time.
