I think that there is some truth to this. War fuels a lot of the US economy, sadly. We don’t spend 1 trillion dollars a year on it because we don’t see value there. It’s a pretty large cycle. Oh I am being selective - specifically with aeronautics. We’ve got some great stuff - I mean shit, we have handheld devices that are hellishly more powerful than computers of 15 years ago. Amazing shit. But again, im just talking about aeronautics and space. Just feels like we’ve fallen a bit flat.
