Once you select the model/options, they give you a range of set of dates/time slots to show up in Gothenburg to accept delivery. I can't remember what the earliest slot was for me, but it was more than a week. I think I selected from a range of a few months. Of course, some of the timing has to do with what

Since I'm thinking about it, Volvo also had side deals for additional travel in Europe while you were there (for whatever reason). My wife and I pulled the trigger on a side trip to Barcelona. For $500 TOTAL, we got round-trip airfare for two from Stockholm to Barcelona and 3 nights in a 4 star hotel on Las Ramblas.

Totally agree. I have to think that the dealers don't really want you going that route, because they can't inflate their margins - so it's not that well advertised. There are some dealers, though, that have an OSD specialist and work on volume. Look into it if you're in the market - I'd do it again.

Right on. I'm less familiar with others, but have done Volvo's. 10% less than MSRP (fixed price), free airfare for two to Sweden (couple free nights of hotel also), free car insurance for 2 weeks, drop it off in whatever city you want, no charge for shipping to the States - AND you have a new car spec'd exactly how

I'll throw Volvo's Overseas Delivery Program out there as a potential exception.

Where ya been Orange?

...are people who wear ankle socks with pants. Apparently.

Amazing this was ever permitted. Was the bridge pre-existing?

I'm with you on Wa-Ho. That said, Chick-Fil-A has gone down, but I don't know when it happened. I grew up on this stuff, but have lived on the west cost for the last decade plus. Went back recently and picked up a chicken sandwich. The quality was trash, and it was waaay saltier than I remember. Not sure if I changed,

Is it me or does the body look over-sized and bloated (this seems to be a trend with the Japanese designs over the last few years)? It makes the wheels look tiny. Maybe it looks better in person. Not ugly, but not impressed.

Van Gundy started all of this, though his technique was far less refined.

I love that they chose to compare this concept to the 240 wagon in this shot.

I would have given a +1 for Chinee Takee Outee.

Wait, I thought the pack of hungry dogs was already in country?

I've always assumed that Company Y is simply putting up enough cash to make it relevant from a business perspective. I'm sure the recording company also pays part of that bill, but with more famous acts they probably pay less with the assumption Comany Y will benefit more. Regardless, once the old people on the board

A source close to Rob Gronkowski has told Kinja that Rob has expressed interest in a trade to Dallas and that Pats fans need not worry because he'll go back and change it eventually.

Jukes Howard, faces an open goal and chooses to dive anyway. Looks like they never touched. Sad.

When Jalopnik switched to Kinja there was a big focus on "having conversations" (and there still is). Comment of the Day became Conversation of the Day, and it got really boring.

Then you're doing it wrong.
