This is also about a mile from a Porsche dealership. That’s probably where it came from.

And Tesla can drive it self, I haven’t heard anything about porsche doing that and I’m sure it will be far behind tesla.

Isn’t this exactly what Skiplagged was created (and got sued?) for?

It’s like you read my comment on the previous space article, and made a post about it. :) The US had done a few manned orbits, and Kennedy challenged them to do something much much harder, and they did it.

I found this to be true with alcohol almost all of the time. It’s often cheaper to buy at the local store than at Duty Free. I only buy stuff that is unavailable at home.

It can be country dependent too. I was in Thailand and wanted to bring back some Thai alcohol. My flight connected through Qatar, and I was not allowed to bring more than a few shots of alcohol. If my flight went through Korea, I would have been fine to bring a full size bottle or two.

I only recently realized something that makes it even more amazing to me.

Cars with the old school radiator cap usually have something that allows you to turn it a quarter turn, which will let you turn it enough to vent, but not enough to come off (and vent downwards).

I’m trying to imagine what it would be like running Cup cars through that turn that goes back on to the straight. It’s sketchy in a car when people are not trying to bump each other. I think someone would crash and block the entire track.

motortrend has a father’s day deal going on.. $30/year.

I knew it’d be the left/right channel as soon as the letter mentioned the Beatles. Beatles is old and their music was originally mixed in mono. Afterward, someone hacked together a stereo mix. To show off stereo, they put the vocals on one channel and the rest on the other (you notice this on the second video).

I wonder if that’s what’s going on with that first video. It does sound really weird. I’m listening on headphones. Out of phase would just sound weird on headphones.

I thought his name sounded familiar. He’s the same guy that did a burnout/u-turn on an road and missed a biker by about 5ft. I just looked at his youtube channel and there’s a video of him scaring people with launch control, in a residential area. He has a long list of dumb and dangerous things he’s done for the

I recently sold my stock e46. It was my daily driver for over a decade. It will be a birthday present to a 16 yr old later this summer. I hope to see it again, but at the same time I know it’s future will only bring me sadness.

Every time I see a picture online of an e36, it’s slammed and has 15 degrees of camber on

I had a friend who had to rent a car when his was in the shop. The rental car got a boot on it, because some other student had it and racked up a bunch of tickets. My friend ended up having to pay for his own ticket (he was trying the same illegal parking scheme), but didn’t hay to pay all the older ones.

That’s an odd one. How would they know he’s an alcoholic? If someone was an alcoholic, and was seriously trying to get better, step one would be to stop working as a bartender.

Was also not wearing a seat belt when his corvette crashed doing 70 in a 55.

yeah, high speeds over the bridge straight, the car will get very light, and then you have to stop, going downhill, before the carousel.. I’ve seen a few cars come in too hot and fly out of the turn, and end up in the tire wall.

Looking at other reviews, it was a short version of Shenandoah, they skipped the carousel.

haha, I remember doing the same thing in a jeep. Slightly different because there was no top on the jeep, so only the wood stuck out. There were a few sheets of plywood on top with a bunch of 2x6's up there too.
