HAHA. that’s a sneaky way to make a 4wheel car and register it as a motorcycle. Only 3 wheels on the ground at a time!

OOH! I just watched an episode of Wheeler Dealers last night about this car.

Yes, you should not do this on public roads, but I disagree with the general idea that doing that fast is always unsafe.

Right. Driving 115 on an empty highway? NBD. Driving 115 with other cars around that could possibly switch into your late is dangerous. Going onto on to on ramps and shoulders to pass traffic is fucking stupid.

I feel awkward not wearing a seatbelt. Even just moving my car on my driveway feels strange with out putting a seatbelt on.

Gotta give some congrats to Honda for making a safe car. How did he not die?

I think this is a way to beef up their ratings. I’ll tune in to see this crazy girl.

As someone who has worked on e-Commerce websites that allowed for guest check out, I can tell you that it doesn’t matter. The only difference is that you might be flagged as a ‘guest’ and your account may not have a stored and encrypted password (which would be hard to decrypt if the site was hacked anyway).

Watching the intro, I just assumed they did this as a side show at burning man.

I want to meet that guy. How is that possible?

WRITE DOWN THE SERIAL NUMBERS OF YOUR STUFF.

My house was broken into, and there was a laptop 10ft from the window they used. It was not taken.
I agree with this in principal, but in reality they break in and go straight for the bedrooms. You could leave the hope diamond in a kitchen drawer and no burglar would ever take it.

Though I agree with this idea in general, burglars aren’t that smart or care that much. I think it’s more “Hmm, I need some money. I’ll go for a walk.”

Their college calculations are so so so flawed. First of all, it assumes 120k for private school. HAHAHAHA LOL. I went to a private college 15 years ago and it was way more than that.
Second, the college cost stays the same if your kid is 0-2 or 15-17. It assumes college will cost the same 1-18 years out? NO way.

I was looking at a new BMW recently. the extended maintenance covered the clutch. Who destroys a clutch in 40k miles?! They should make you go to driving school before they give you the car back.

Really? I guess it depends on the car. I’ve put 80k miles on my car commuting in DC traffic. I have automatic cars, the manual is so much more fun. See a gap in traffic? clutch, shift, BOOM mine now! haha. In my auto (and it’s an old car), it takes so long for the car to figure out what to do, I don’t even dare try

Part of the problem is that the manual is often only available on the lowest trim car. Maybe I want leather and navigation with my 3rd pedal.

I had one of these but found the USB version to be 10000x better. This is a 1 use tool. The USB ones can do so many more things and are much much much cheaper.

whoa. that’s genius.

I suppose we need to plan for what the world is right now, but does anyone believe that the tax laws, healthcare costs, etc. will be the same 10,20,30 years from now?
