GRM had a comparison of the Spec E30, Spec36 and Spec E46 cars. the 30 and 36 were almost the same lap times. Why get the bigger more complex car that isn’t any faster. The Spec46 was much quicker.

You could drop the gap insurance once there is no more gap, which is likely before your 5 years is up. Also, that $750 is likely rolled into your loan, so you’re paying interest on it. If you total the car after a year, you probably wont get any back.
