you could step on the brakes a bit, should help. Poor mans traction control.

In this case, the enclave is probably the safer car. It’s much heavier and newer. Looks like that’s a Diablo? So it’s got safety tech from the 90's. The enclave is a family SUV, which is much more modern and advanced. I bet a healthy 25 yr old would have survived. An 82 yr old can’t take the same kind of hit.

yeah, that’s not how it works. they both absorb the same energy. it’s the combined speed that matters.

Just make sure he doesn’t take it to a cars and coffee. Save the Ferrari’s!

I’m guessing that’s the Jake Brake

eh, Assuming that wasn’t a BMW dealer, I can let that pass.

Yup, this is what happens when you use a Debit card. You can get screwed by this. I opened at tab at a bar for $80 and later closed it for the same $80. The bar decided to authorize $600 on my account, which meant $600 disappeared from my bank account for a few days until the transaction was finalized.

I accidentally used my debit card once instead of a CC. For a $80 charge, they authorized $600. Took a day or two before the correct amount hit and I was refunded back the difference to by bank account.

Heh, Kinja chopped your comment so that I only saw the first sentence before I clicked. I was going to guess “Youtube gold!” I was close.

Mazda Speed 3? do they make those anymore? or are you talking about the Audi S3, which lost it’s purpose when it became a sedan. it’s just a smaller A4. Boring.

You read YouTube comments? I feel sorry for your brain.

An RS is a tweaked out racer enconobox and you’re cross shopping it to a Lexus. Why not look at an F-150 while your at it?

pfft. I rock the Pilot Super Sports in the snow. makes life interesting.

They make a car and limit production and sell out immediately. Maybe they’ll think. hmm, maybe we should make more of these, there seems to be a market for them.

How about lights too? If that guy is waving a flag, he should be able to trigger some flashing yellow lights for a few hundred meters in front of his position.

Many of the cars that ‘also come with AWD’ are the boring, high volume models. I wouldn’t buy an RS now, in a year the dealer markup will be gone, and the second model year will have worked out a lot of the bugs.

The Golf R is the only real competitor. Hot hatch.

None of those are really RS/Focus competitors (No awd, not a hatch, etc.).

They still need to build in some automatic penalties into this. Automatic $5k fine for the player and 10k to the team(to get them to discourage this type of action), and automatic sit out a play for the guy who got hit (or maybe an automatic timeout for a third party evaluation and give him a minute to remember what

I bought an ‘89 automatic in red for $800. It did have some serious issues though - damaged shock tower, salvage title, no paperwork (I didn’t get a title). I took what I wanted (the sweet sweet M30B35 engine and spares for my race car) and sold the rest.
