Not by that name, but it goes by other names in other countries. In Canada, it's the emergency task force. Basically, you have to have someone who is ready and able to respond to credible kinds of threats who are highly trained.

But you usually have to place those waypoints directly on the map instead of viewing a destination in third or first person, I'm not saying its the be all end all of game design, but it is different and unique from other games.
this is why I hardly buy brand new games anymore. There's so much out there that's already great and doesn't need to be polished. Except for Nintendo games, those always have a high level of polish. Hyrule Warriors, and Mario Kart 8 have both had flawless releases. At least on my end they have.

The newer Wii Consoles lack those ports and GC compatability. It's a sad thing, but prolly something Big N did to cut the cost of the console as less people were interested in that feature.
