Yeah... but the Nazis probably have nukes at this point. And if they don't want to radioactiv-ize some of their newly conquered territory, I'm sure they already have more sophisticated weapons. Perhaps they wouldn't send in any foot soldiers but I bet the tanks and airplanes would lay waste to the entire area.
