I was guessing the camper would equal the cost of the truck but I clearly am not capable of judging rich people stuff. $129,000 for a truck-mountable carbon fiber Tiny House with no bathroom. This must be how the plebs felt to witness the feasts of Nero and Caligula.

2002 wants their joke back.

If you get the top of the line model and then add on the adaptive suspension, the bike lowers itself when you come up to a stop.  It’s damn cool, and really surprising that something like this is coming from Harley and not BMW.

I appreciate these “Oops, I fucked up,” tales immensely. You go onto any forum or board where folks are discussing their projects, and hardly anyone ever cops to screwing the pooch. I can’t tell you how many hours and dollars I’ve wasted on parts and tools because I didn’t follow instructions or tried to take a

It definitely has a girthier look than it’s competition but weighs in at slightly less than the competition in reality.

Nah, it’s a very good looking adventure bike.

The rear plastic molding in the Pontiac Aztek was done in such a way that if the rear seats were removed you could fit a stack of plywood with the tailgate down. It was completely non obvious, and done in such a way that it was difficult to load them out with lumber or drywall heavier than what it could actually carry.

Just remember - there is NO SUCH THING as a cheap German vehicle. If you go into every transaction with that truism firmly in mind - - -

Or, “Magically better.”

I went with NP because the following is strong with this one. Similar to 1st gen Allroads, I can’t shake the feeling these are overpriced by hype...

Admittedly I am the farthest thing from a VW guy, but I absolutely cannot understand the appeal of these.

I never understood how the rising tide of Transporter prices managed to lift the Eurovan. It’s just another minivan to me.

I guess I’d be worried about the auto transmission, but otherwise, sure?

It really is sad what this site has devolved to of late. It’s to the point where I mostly stick around because it is so much fun to trigger the pearl-clutching SJW twerps in the comments.
