They’d probably be considered “underpowered” based on their displacement. But you’ll notice a crazy amount of models from all brands have like 47 HP. Basically makes them qualify for european learner licenses. 47HP is “enough” for most people and they can sell them to 21 year olds who don’t have unrestricted license…

I don’t think cars and bikes ever really have good comparisons, maybe besides Honda and...Honda. It’s basically the Italian Harley Davidson.
