No you aren’t allowed to have a badass convertible solid axle truck with a manual. You must conform and buy a hot hatch with price/performance maximized that only wins on internet spec sheets like a VW GTI or a Kia Stinger.

I’d wager about 99% of cheap lightbars never get switched on after the initial test.
Na, people are just dumb. I bought a 2WD 4 cylinder econo-truck and still get friends/family asking why I don’t have a 4WD truck, “because you like camping and dirt biking!”
If Tesla isn’t doing hub motors, there’s a reason these guys probably shouldn’t either.
I ride motorcycles, been riding since I was a teenager and a lot of midlife guys want to get into what I do. They are nice guys and well meaning but it’s just crazy sometimes. Before they even get their license they already have a tricked out BMW (adventure) or KTM (dirt) with every forum recommended accessory known…
Meh, assholes don’t buy these as mid-life crisis cars. They buy new stuff that gives them status/makes them seem cool.
Any clean, popular sports car is bound to become a classic. Especially as they become rarer and rarer. The days of dirt cheap Fox body mustangs are gone now, they are only going up in price.
You don’t want any deviation to the powerband when you are on the side of the tire.
People who track bikes are so used to a certain feel through the front end that any deviation from that gets shot down real quick.
Well, for one because people will pay it.
Seriously, if you are down to $600 (assuming this is above an emergency fund) forget fun cars and stop using your junk on the track. Especially when you got kids.
I tend to agree but since everyone wants a cheap Civic or Camry they tend to go through 9 different owners and 200,000 miles by the time they are actually cheap.
Just wait a few years and pick up whatever luxury car has them for like 80% off when depreciation destroys them.
It’s the ONLY logical decision? The ONLY one? lol.
Except it’s ugly and probably will fail. And it’s easy to piss people off.
I think it’s funny when a random commentator has a better grasp on Ford history and smarter ideas than Ford’s entire marketing team.
I hated how in the new movies they just rammed it into things and bounced around like a 90's arcade game. No sense of danger at all. The old movies felt cool because they were nursing these old machines along.
Time to move to a rural area with a bunch of property. You could live in Mojave and still be close to Los Angeles for actual work stuff.
Writing off a product by their fan base pretty much eliminates every single enthusiast transportation product.
If they kept updating/improving the Blast it could be a Ninja 400 / R3 / CBR competitor by now. But Harley hated it and Buell hated it with his stupid cube crush stunt. Don’t shittalk your own product homie.
