They really don’t. Take your ball and go home. You will not be missed.

Wow, white people are super pissed at black people for demanding their rights because they’re “doing it wrong.” So shocking and unexpected. And now white people will take their ball and go home. So unprecedented.

CA has rules about recording people without consent, but my understanding was that it also involved patient confidentiality. Apparently this one had secretly recorded patients as well.

No worries. I realized I was too incoherently mad to be on the internet, so I took a break. ;)

My bad. I thought the guard who revived her was male.

No I get it. I thought the guard was male. So I misunderstood you, and I apologize.

How would that make the justice unable to tell whether he saw the bag at all?

Thought it said a male guard performed cpr.

Was the female guard a mute? Would he not ask what happened? Would he somehow be prevented from knowing whether or not he saw a plastic bag, and what it was tied to, and how it was tied? Did her femaleness somehow distract him into making the most vague, mealy-mouthed, bullshit statement about a death in the history

Because he already knows this is going to blow up in his lying face.

And then she somehow didn’t have a bag around her throat or her face when he came in? He couldn’t be sure the bag was even there? He couldn’t easily explain entering the cell and having to remove the bag to attempt to revive her? You’re grasping at fucking straws.

And then the bag removed itself from her neck, so he can’t even be sure it was there? Sounds plausible.

And then what? It removed itself from your neck after your dead?

Yet you would, in fact, need to be hanging with a bag around your neck. Not just lying there with a plastic bag that you maybe saw hanging from “something.” People don’t generally remove the thing that strangled them after they’re dead.

Occam’s Razor.

If she was having a mental health crisis it was because of something they did to her in that cell.

Yes you can, but he didn’t say she had a bag tied over her face. He said he thought he saw a bag tied to “something.”

If she’d died from anything involving a garbage bag, it would either be still tied around her throat or her face. He “thinks” he saw one tied to “something?” What did she remove it after she was dead??

If she’d had it over her head, they would have said so. If she died with a plastic bag tied over her head, he would have had to remove it to give CPR, or it wouldn’t be airtight enough to work. His statement that he “thinks” he saw a bag tied to “something” makes even less sense if that was the case.

Well those details are the kind of thing you’d be able to easily relate to people, now aren’t they. He can’t even seem to be sure a bag was there, let alone what it was fastened to, or how, or where the marks were on her neck.
