You're right. I apologize for the reaction. But what you're criticizing is a matter of taste and willingness to tolerate oblique symbolism or not.

If you think that book represents a real struggle, you clearly haven't seen much.

I think you miss some of the point of the entire movie. Jack was supposed to be unhinged from the beginning. He was clearly a domestic abuser at heart trying to keep it together when no such thing was going to happen.

You completely miss the point of Kubrick's movie.

"no such thing as a good millionaire"—-that's absurd

Scott seems to only do extremely well anymore when he's reined in by the original source material i.e. Andy Weir's novel and the adaptation for The Martian. Things seem to go south when he's left with too much ability to create a story from inception. Scott was always more of a visualist especially when you look at

Nothing wrong with watching a show that was once somewhat decent with hope it'll improve.

Gimple and Kirkman—-always commenting how everything is expertly crafted. I'm waiting for them to get their Trump impersonation going about how everything is "fine-tuned machine".

It's an epic con at this point. They just string us along for the "big" moments only to manipulate us every chance they get.

Hence why nothing develops organically. Rick has to be the leader full of wisdom. Even if they inject elements to make things fresh it has to circle back to that.

I just can't believe some people think this show is good drama. It used to be, but that ship has sailed.

They deeply insult the viewers' intelligence every time. Gimple must think most of the audience hasn't seen dramas before.

Do the writers really think we're that stupid? I'm thinking they do. The structure of the episode, including momentum interruptions with flashbacks, was some of the worst I've seen so far especially for a finale. Nothing ever develops organically on this show ESPECIALLY now. I'm starting to want Glen Mazzara to

The episode was an utter mess that fits well with this mess of a season—-waste of time.

A president can't legally do that——so let him try.

I never heard of critics needing to be "impartial" in offering their own analyses in reviews.

What didn't he honor? It was a terrible premiere. He had an opinion and reviewed it.

The only thing the show has left is the constant reminders of misery and the promises that everything has a major impact. Then, the characters revert to whatever plot device is needed at the time. That is not progression, but it is poor writing. This is a one-note show because the constant reminders of how grueling

You actually liked this one? It was a colossal gimmick played on the audience.

I'm tired of the tricks and gimmicks. The writers and producers have to think their viewers are unintelligent especially after the dumpster stunt. They try to explain how the narrative is deep and compelling, but it seems to me they just put ideas down spontaneously and try to justify it later.
