Everyone is so quick to point fingers and lay blame without any facts.

I sincerely wish it hadn’t fallen apart in the back half. The game sets up some wonderful potential and then refuses to engage with it in any meaningful way. Gorgeous game, great music, fantastic translation job, thoroughly disappointing story.

I played H:ZD and BOTW and though both games were great, I thought H:ZD was a much better overall experience. Getting to mark my own dots on a map and being able to climb (very, very slowly) anywhere just aren’t significant tradeoffs against a good story and an interesting universe.
