I'm almost ashamed I went to a normal school in a normal country and just learned the facts.

It'll happen if Blizz keeps (and promotes) all the colourful and ridiculous neon clown suits characters got back when Burning Crusade was a new expansion - even raid sets were funny.

Just a wild guess here, but they may be updating/revamping the existing Outland stuff from the now-old Burning Crusade expansion.
