Played for just over an hour last night and it is a beautiful looking game with an outstanding soundtrack yet again. I have experienced occasional slow down even on the One X but it’s been minimal. I’m looking forward to getting through the rest of it.

Funny thing is, Sony considered doing the same thing but nobody ever remembers that. They took out a patent for RFID chips that were meant to detect preowned software and block its use.

Showing my age, but I’m thankful for Manic Miner. It’s what started my whole love of video games even though I had no idea what was going on at the time.

Its also something I’ve heard old people use here in Scotland. Usually along the lines of “see you Sonny Jim, you’ll get a clip roon the ear if ye gimme any mare o get lip.”

There’s a wall in the loft of my parents old house where me and my dad did exactly the same thing. It was just white plasterboard so we wrote level codes and puzzle solutions for games we were playing. I specifically remember it being lots of level codes for The Chaos Engine and Legend on the Amiga.

On the point of trying a Battle Royale game with cars, have you heard of Notmycar? There’s an alpha available just now and it takes the whole BR concept, parachutes and all and puts you in control of a car with guns.

How about this - season 5 launches and Save The World goes free for everyone

I remembered playing the demo when it releases bit I just didn’t get into it at the time. Downloaded it a few days ago on gamepass and it’s a blast! Another great game by Ninja Theory! My only gripe is the feeling that I’m playing through some weird Twilight fan fiction.

Oh no that’s terrible news! I’ve missed his articles and can only hope he gets better soon. I really wish I knew where to send him a care package filled with sugary goodness to help his speedy recovery.

I’ve just played through it on Xbox and while the artwork is nice I don’t really get what everyone is raving about it on Steam. The main character is ripped straight from Marv’s in Sin City and the music is repetitive dross. The Match3 system isn’t difficult and I had to actively play for the loss to make it hard. I

I gave the EU voice track ten minutes then changed it to Japanese. I’m Scottish and as soon as I heard the Scottish guy when you get off the boat I was done with it. Never mind the fact that the acting was the sort of thing I’d expect from really young kids TV. There’s much more intensity to the Japanese voice acting,

In fact it will be 16 after DLC so maybe the rotation isn’t that bad there really is just a lack of content. Ah well, seems I need to learn to read.

It’s funny this article has appeared. I was playing online with a few mates earlier and I had to ask how many maps were included at launch cos so far all I’ve seen in my 8 hours online are USS Texas, Pointe du Hoc, London Docks and Aachen. 16 maps (I had a look online for the full list) and I’ve played 4 - 5 if I

All of them. There’s apparently a special reward for getting all of the moons but when you can buy them in stacks of 10 you can hit the required 600 for all the other unlocks.

Things change and other parts open up. Not sure if it’s once you’ve collected enough moons or defeated the boss (got an copy early from my local store here in the UK - I’ve only been through the tutorial area and the first world but the more I think about it the more I’m sure it’s to do with the boss) but doors appear

Granted I’ve only played the opening tutorial area and the first world but once you’ve collected the requisite number of moons, other areas unlock in the level and more collectables appear as well as challenges. The big difference in Odyssey is that you don’t have to leave for the changes to happen.

Like Blacktrick said, do a manager career and choose a lower division team or a team who aren’t known to be amazing. Me and my mate have an RB Leipzig team we co-op with and they’re decent enough to start with. Also, develop all youth with high potential. The majority of the players in our team are guys we’ve brought

Yes, 100%, me n my flatmate love casual Picard. I’d also take a Riker with his trademark smirk. I do love that Picard comes with a cup of Earl Grey. Awesome figure, shame it’s $180!

Got exactly the same plan this weekend. Hoping to get the raid finished and then I’ll probably put D2 down again for a while cos it’s just not drawing me in. The shootings fun as all Bungie games are and the raid is pretty well put together but there are so many hurdles - I mean we spent 40 mins looking for a loot

So it’s like a Splatfest but the winners get a discount on gear? Fair enough, need to convince my lot that Dead Orbit is the way to go.
