I think that is literally it. As a streamer he has a interest in playing to generate entertaining/interesting content, like him stomping pubbies, which is in direct conflict with other players who are trying to play a game against relatively equally skilled opponents. 

This is typical of most, if not all, streamers. They think the only content worth showing is them stomping, and not trying hard like everyone else.

It’s a circle, I mean look at the people who love Invading in Elden Ring/ Dark Souls community.

This is hilarious. I love that he can’t even not stream it at all, he’ll still do it but only for a day.

“I’m not playing this game because I wanna bully people and it won’t let me” is so weak. WEAK.

If they didn’t have bots to complain about, they’d have long wait times instead. It’s still better than Artifact, I think they peak at 30 players at this point.

I haven’t played TCGs in over 20 years, but one of my favorite things about reading articles like this is seeing people who only play online card games discover concepts that have always existed in physical ones.

The takeaway from the article is that catering a menu to a locale is smart. And if most of your sales is “crap,” why would they change that? That would just be a bad business model lol. Unless the implication is that if they offered BETTER coffee, then they would sell MORE coffee products.

Part of the problem with them designing around how people want to play Overwatch is that there’s no universal answer to that. Everyone will want to play it a different way. So they do what every other developer does, which is design a game around what they believe the players will find fun and you either enjoy it or…
