No, he’s not. A very astute observation indeed. 

He uses every opportunity to prove that believes that he is only the president of the people who voted for him. He doesn’t like them (or anyone really) because they voted for him, he simply tolerates them because they will never hold him accountable for anything he does.

Yesterday I almost had a Model 3 drive into me (he missed only because I noticed and got out of the way) because the driver was looking at the screen instead of the road (trying to turn on autopilot?). He came up the ramp, and went directly across two lanes before realizing he wasn’t paying attention and swerving back…

What I think people are missing is, look how well autopilot was performing prior to plowing into the truck. This is a win - Elon.
